I've always loved photography but I fell in love with photography five years ago when I purchased my first DSLR to delve into the more "professional" world of photography.
I'm an Solutions Architect and thus learning the science about photography was my starting point. I was kind of disappointed when I discovered that knowing the science behind photography did not result in great photos! I soon learned that the only real way to learn how to get even semi-great pictures is to shoot, shoot, shoot and then go shoot some more.
I've learned much over the years and find that each time I pick up my camera to shoot, I learn some more be it about the light or about the composition. I normally learn more by noticing what I've done wrong and what I don't like about a photo.
On this site I have collected what I think are my best shots over the years and put them in one place for others to see.
